EN ISO 15614 규격은 EN ISO 15609 규격에 따라 작성된 pWPS(Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification)가 실제로 용접 공정에 적용될 수 있는지를 검증하는 과정을 규정합니다.
EN ISO 15614 규격에 따른 검증 과정을 통해 제조자는 WPQR을 획득하게 되며 WQPR은 다음과 같은 내용을 포함하고 있습니다..
- 용접 품질이 보장되는 용접 조건이 반영된 WPS
- 상기 WPS를 어떻게 검증되었는지를 증명하는 관련 시험 성적서(ex, Visual test, MT, PT, RT, UT, Macro, Hardness, Tensile test, Bend test, Impact test)
- 상기 시편의 검증 과정을 통해서 EN ISO 15614 규격이 허용하는 파생 용접 가능 범위
CE WPQR Examining Body
특히 CE Welding 인증시 WPQR은 Examiner or Examining body와 같은 3자 기관이 Witness 심사를 수행해야 하기 때문에 용접 공정 Setup시 British Cert와 같은 3자 기관과의 사전 협의가 필수적으로 요구됩니다.
